Draft policy
Before real transactions, the operator must approve and publish a refund policy consistent with Paddle’s terms and mandatory consumer rights. No fixed refund window is promised by this draft.
Requests
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle customer portal for payment-related help. The operator must publish a valid support contact before launch. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Effect of refunds
An approved refund or chargeback revokes the associated one-time pass, or the refunded subscription period. This MVP conservatively revokes the affected period for partial refunds too; the operator must review partial-refund requests before approval. Separate non-refunded entitlements remain valid.
Cancellation
Canceling a renewing subscription at period end prevents the next renewal and preserves paid access to the verified period end. A 30-day pass does not automatically renew. Canceling checkout or a pending payment does not activate Pro.
